- Whoa! that's a scary verse.
- What would make God so furious?
- What was it that The Lord heard them say?
- I think we need to know the answer to this so that we don't repeat the same mistakes.
- Verse 19 & 20 give us the answer - "They even spoke against God himself, saying, “God can’t give us food in the wilderness."
- They even said "Yes, he can strike a rock so water gushes out, but he can’t give his people bread and meat.”
- They said, "God can't!"
- Basically they were saying, "We can't trust God, so we will trust in ourselves and our ability."
- Be careful not to take things into your own hands when things don't go the way you want and don't happen as fast as you expect.
- God can be trusted.
- Just because you can't see the solution or understand His timing doesn't mean it is time for you to intervene.
- He is the same God who did the miraculous act of bringing water out of a rock!
- That's Impossible!
- We serve the God who makes the impossible, Possible.
- Never look at your circumstances and say "I can't "
- When you say, "I can't " you are saying more about your God than you are yourself.
- He is an "I Can" God.
- Nothing is impossible!
- There is no healing He can't administer.
- There is no valley to deep or mountain to high that He can't overcome.
- There is no debt to great that He cannot pay.
- There is no fear to powerful that He cannot wipe out with faith!
- Let Him arm you with boldness and power today.
- Let Him give you His vision today.
- See what He sees when you look at your circumstances or when fear grips your heart.
- When depression begins to settle in, say "Not today!" Because, today, "God, the source of hope, will fill me completely with joy and peace because I trust in him." (Rom. 15:13)
- Speak it out! "Today, I will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit."
- Today declare, "Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am." Phil.4:13 MSG
- You can do all things through Christ!
- Speak it and believe it today!
- Have complete confidence in God, His ability and His timing.
- "I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you." (Phil. 1:6 AMP)
- The one who began this Great work in you is faithful!
- He Can complete it!
- Renew your confidence today in Our God, "Who Can!"
- He delights in those who believe in Him and His ability!
- Have a great Tuesday!
