- The ultimate sacrifice!
- 2 Cor. 5:21 says, "God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."
- Jesus Christ, who had no sin, became sin, with all of our sinfulness, so that we may be righteous with His Righteousness.
- 1 Peter 3 says, He died "Once for all time!"
- In other words, your past is forgiven.
- You don't have to keep beating yourself up for past sins or past failures.
- Stop letting your past guide your future.
- 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
- When you confess your sins, you are forgiven from ALL unrighteousness!
- There is nothing you have done that is to great for Him to forgive.
- He came to take away your guilt.
- He came to wash away and cleanse!
- He came to give you freedom!
- If you have past sins or failures that keep haunting you, know that it is Satan who keeps bringing it up.
- He is known as the "accuser of the brethren" and he will accuse you day and night if you let him.
- To accuse means to charge with a fault, offense or a crime. To find fault with or blame.
- When the enemy whispers in your ear and says "guilty", Turn to Jesus who says, Righteous and Free!
- Silence the enemy by declaring who you are!
- In John 8:36, Jesus says, "If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed."
- Realize who you are in Christ!
- Realize that you are a new Creation!
- 2 Cor. 5:17 says, "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."
- You are free from condemnation and guilt.
- You are free from anything the Enemy throws at you!
- You are Not who you once were, You are who Christ says you are.
- Live out who you are in Christ today.
- When you know who you are, it gives you power to live!
- Live as an Overcomer today!
- Have a great Thursday!
