- The greatest is Love!
- I hope that during the past 21 days of our prayer & fasting your Love has grown.
- Your capacity to give out and receive love.
- Your ability to love before you judge.
- Because the Apostle Paul says Love lasts FOREVER!
- Do you realize how important that is?
- Forever means throughout eternity!
- So if it is going to be the most useful thing, where do we learn how to love? Right here!
- This is your training grounds for knowing how to love and show love.
- It's more important than getting that prayer request answered.
- It's more important than having the right answer to every spiritual question.
- It's more important than having all of the spiritual gifts.
- 1 Cor. 13:2-3 says, “...If I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.”
- One of the most amazing things occurred to me when we were on our mission trip in Louisiana.
- Our entire team worked together and responded out of Love.
- We didn't care if we had the right answers or if we knew how to do every job.
- We didn't care about a persons background, color, income level or importance.
- We just just jumped in and loved!
- And as we loved, people responded to our love.
- We touched lives!
- We brought hope!
- We brought His peace!
- Sometimes people just need to see Love in action.
- They need to see less of us talking about Love and more of us showing Love.
- So ask yourself... Take a good look and examine how you love.
- 1Cor. 14:1 says, "Let love be your highest goal."
- Is it your highest goal at the end of these 21 days, if not, why not?
- If not, then I think that there is more of you (spiritually) that needs to die and more of Christ that needs to Come Alive!
- Today, Love Well!
- Have a great weekend!
