- I know what you're thinking...
- Wow, now that's a positive verse to start your day off with!
- But these are the words of Jesus to the church.
- If you are a Christian, that means you.
- He is saying, Beware of becoming satisfied and complacent.
- You have a need - to have a need
- Even if you get to the place of having your physical needs met, you still have a spiritual need.
- You should have a spiritual hunger for more of God and His presence in your life.
- A hunger and desire to see Him touching lives through you!
- Your apathy and complacency can be replaced with a fresh zeal and passion for Him.
- Renew your faith and anticipation for God and His miracle working power in your life.
- All hope can be restored.
- Any dream you gave up on can be revived.
- Your relationship with God can be on fire again.
- Jesus goes on to say...
- “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends. (Rev. 3:20)
- The key is your Relationship with Him.
- He calls you friend.
- He wants to sit down with you and speak vision into your life.
- He is knocking on the door of your heart this morning.
- Can your spiritual ears hear?
- Will you open the door and invite Him in?
- Can you make time to sit with Him and simply hang out together.
- Make some time this morning...
- Don't rush through your time with Him.
- Don't read through a 5 minute devotional just so you can check it off your "to do" list.
- Enjoy His presence.
- Let Him heal the deep places of your heart and soul.
- He is knocking...
- God bless you, have a great Monday!
