(2 Corinthians 1:4 NLT)
- Are you anxious?
- Feeling stressed or troubled by circumstances?
- The apostle Paul tells us that God can comfort us in ALL our troubles!
- You name it! No matter how bad the trouble, God can comfort.
- The Word "comfort" (Gk paraklesis) means to stand beside a person, encouraging and helping him or her in times of trouble.
- God has personally done this through Jesus Christ, by giving us His Spirit, to live and dwell inside of us!
- His Holy Spirit is known as "The Comforter"
- So if you have the Comforter living inside of you, it is an "Inside Job!"
- He works from the inside out!
- And verse 5 says, "Just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our Comfort overflows."
- Today, don't let trouble, hurt, anxiety, fear or pain overflow into your life.
- Instead, let Comfort overflow.
- More specifically, let The Comforter OVERFLOW!
- Maybe you are so hurt or broken or damaged that you think that you are beyond repair.
- Maybe you are paralyzed with Fear.
- Maybe you think it will take a miracle to get you out of your situation or mindset.
- Well, you have a Miracle Working God!
- If it is a miracle that you need, then call on His Name!
- His name is JESUS!
- He is your Healer!
- He is your Rescuer!
- He is your Peace!
- He is your Salvation!
- Through Him your Comfort comes and by Him your Comfort Overflows.
- Only He can perform the Miracle that you need today.
- Ask Jesus, today, by the Power of the Holy Spirit, for Comfort to Overflow into every area of your life!
- And when you ask, then Receive!
- Receive His Comfort!
- Receive His Healing...
- Receive His Blessing...
- Receive His Overflow!
- Don't limit your healing to what you can do or what man can do!
- Receive what He can do!
- Don't say that He can't, because there is nothing that my God cannot do!
- Receive a supernatural touch by His Holy Spirit!
- 1 Corinthians 2:9 says, "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.””
- Today, receive from the Comforter!
- Have a great weekend!
