- Worried about who to vote for?
- Or worried about who might become the next President?
- Here is some great advice from the Apostle Paul.
- Don’t worry, Pray.
- Before you vote, talk with God about it.
- Ask Him who He would have you to vote for.
- Instead of listening to everyones argument and everyone else’s opinion, talk to God about it.
- Why is it that prayer is the thing that we need the most but usually the thing that we save till last?
- Its because we have stopped believing in it.
- Before you disagree, think about it.
- Examine your prayer life.
- Look at how much you talk about something vs. how much you pray about it.
- If we really believed in it, we would pray more and argue less.
- Never underestimate the power of prayer!
- Prayer can move mountains!
- Prayer can give sight to the blind. (Spiritually & Physically)
- Prayer can restore the broken
- Prayer can heal the sick…
- Prayer changes hearts
- Prayer defeats demons.
- Prayer gives wisdom!
- Pray first thing, in the middle of the thing and last thing!
- There is power in prayer.
- James 5:16 says, "The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power].
- I think the most important part of that verse is when it says, "when put into action”
- Instead of talking about how we need to pray, “DO IT!”
- Think about it, without praying to God, all you get is human results.
With prayer you get Dynamic spiritual breakthrough.
- Do you want to see what you can do or do you want to see what God can do?
- Before opening you mouth and complaining, PRAY!
- Before getting in that heated debate, PRAY!
- Before trying to fix it with your hands, use his hands…it’s called PRAYER!
- Prayer can be your greatest weapon today and if you do it first, it will most definitely change the way you think, talk and act!
- Today, before you speak, PRAY!
- Then you will find that your words look like this, "May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer." (Psalm 19:14)
- Today, simply PRAY.
- Have a great Monday!
