- There are two key words in this verse..."One Another"
- As the body of Christ, we need each other.
- We belong to one another.
- There is no such thing as a Lone Ranger Christian.
- In Phil. 1:27, Paul says, "...I will know that you are standing together with one spirit and one purpose, fighting together for the faith, which is the Good News."
- TOGETHER!
- We need to "stand together with one spirit and one purpose."
- We need to "fight TOGETHER for the faith."
- You have skills and abilities that others need, just as others have skills and abilities that you may need.
- You were not meant to live out the Christian life alone.
- Heb. 10:24 in the Amplified version reads like this, "And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities,
- We must study how to stir each other up.
- Make it your goal to "stir up" a brother or sister in Christ today.
- If you need encouragement, one of the best ways to get encouraged is by encouraging others.
- Don't look at the weaknesses in others and talk about them...
- No, instead Point out the strengths in someone else's life.
- Brag about other people today.
- Make it your goal to encourage and build up as many people as possible.
- Help others see the positive things in themselves that they don't see.
- speak a blessing over others not just when they are in front of you but even when they are not around.
- Be a motivator!
- Don't let one idle word or negative word come out of your mouth.
- Think positive and speak positive over other people, today.
- Make that your aim and goal.
- Then watch how it motivates others toward acts of love and good works.
- Have a great weekend!
